Chipworks Announces New Chief Financial Officer
June 9, 2008, Ottawa – Chipworks, the world’s leader in reverse engineering and patent infringement analysis for semiconductors and microelectronic systems, is pleased to announce that Susan Richards has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ms. Richards will be responsible for all of Chipworks financial activities and key business metrics.

Ms. Richards brings more than 12 years experience in strategic financial planning, corporate legal matters, and budgeting. Throughout her career she has worked cohesively with boards, executives, managers, and external resources to facilitate congruence to meet corporate initiatives. Most recently she was Chief Financial Officer at bitHeads, a software product development firm. She joined bitHeads as Business Manager and was promoted to Manager of Finance and Accounting, and Director of Finance before taking over as CFO.
