Jennifer is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s global human resources (HR) function, including rewards and recognition, recruitment and selection, organizational design, and learning and development. She is passionate about employee engagement and leading the company’s efforts to attract, develop and retain the best talent.  As a member of the executive team, she contributes to corporate strategic planning efforts and communication. She monitors industry trends to ensure best practices related to employee engagement and growth.

Jennifer brings extensive experience in high-technology recruiting and compensation to the Company. Prior to Chipworks, she led the HR activities at Bridgewater Systems. In this role she ran an innovative international recruiting program and played a key role in ensuring a talent strategy that was aligned with the with the company’s rapidly evolving business needs. She also introduced an improved benefit and compensation program that was instrumental in retaining top talent in a highly competitive market. She is proud of managing Bridgewater’s co-op program, enabling the company to attract up-and-coming talent.

Jennifer earned her B.Sc. in Economics from Trent University and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL). She is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association and the Ottawa Region Rewards Association. In her spare time, Jennifer attends various sports activities with her two active boys and enjoys diversions related to her love of music, food and nature.
