Hierarchical Organized Schematics
Circuit analysis reports contain a full set of schematics organized in a hierarchical manner for easy understanding of functionality. Each schematic includes device size measurements and a list of signal sources and destinations. These fully organized reports provide full reverse engineering information of all or selected circuitry on a particular die, complete with detailed schematics to reveal the operation of a competitor's device. Reports are actually software applications (ICWorks Browser) that allow clients to interact with the schematics, cross reference to the images of the layout across all metal layers, and export netlist information for simulation and further analysis.

- Complete set of hierarchical schematics to capture the operation of the device
