Report Formats
While the full spectrum of Chipworks Reports have content that benefits PLM and BU managers, the following types deliver the information needed for most high level benchmarking like cost analysis and identifying innovative leaps by their competition:
Device Identification Reports - identify the key attributes common to all devices, such as die image, package and die marketing, and date codes
Exploratory Analysis Reports - locate innovative features of a device including both process and layout attributes. The content varies by device type.
Process Node Assessments - understand the essential information about a process design and technology node
Functional Analysis Reports - learn the features of a device floor plan at a basic level with options to understand details as granular as the gate count and cell design
